Polyurea - also known as polyaspartic polyurea, is a new generation, fast curing two component, aliphatic polyurea coating encasing decorative chips or quartz crystals. This flooring product is waterproof, resistant to salt, oil, gasoline and many other contaminants.
Our polyurea topcoat is an industrial grade coating that has been used for many years to protect bridge decks, chemical tanks, and many other structures because of its superior qualities. This system has triple the abrasion resistance, twice the adhesion, and 50% more flexibility than epoxy. Combine these characteristics with its ability to cure rapidly at any temperature and this floor is in a league of its own.
Floors can be completed in one day and cure in 2 hours compared to days for traditional epoxy floors. Your floor will have a very high UV resistance "which means it will not yellow or fade over time compared to traditional epoxies and urethanes". The coating is also very impact and abrasion resistant making it ideal for garage floors, patios, driveways, automotive sales and service areas, warehouses, medical treatment and pharmaceutical floors, retail areas, public facilities such as restrooms, laboratories, and animal kennels to name a few.
